Our Legal Membership gives you an outsourced legal team for a fixed monthly fee. You get a lawyer who understands your business, practical advice when you need it, and an agreed amount of drafting and review work each month.
Larger matters such as transactions, capital raisings, fund builds and formal letters of advice/legal opinions are quoted separately, often at a reduced rate for retainer clients.
