Our Process

Step 1:

Consultation & Engagement

Have a free initial consultation with you to obtain a better understanding of your circumstances, and based on such, advise you on all relevant requirements and processes. Accordingly, provide you with a fixed-fee proposal.

Step 2:

Information Gathering

Once you have accepted our Proposal and engagement has commenced, we will send you a checklist for completion so that we can gather all the information we require to efficiently prepare the Privacy Program.

Step 3:

Finalisation

After we have sent you the first draft, we will work with you to ensure that any amendments are undertaken, and that the Privacy Program is completely finalised and ready for implementation.

Step 4:

Project Completion Meeting

If required, we will have a project completion meeting with you to ensure that you completely understand the Privacy Program and your obligations under the privacy regulations, as well as provide you with appropriate recommendations to ensure that the Privacy Program is properly implemented.
