Step 1:

Consultation & Engagement

Have a free initial consultation with you to obtain a better understanding of your circumstances, and based on such, advise you on all relevant requirements and processes. Accordingly, provide you with a fixed-fee proposal.

Step 2:

Interview

The independent evaluation process will begin by us conducting an interview with you to provide an initial review of your AML/CTF processes and gather all the relevant information that will assist us in preparing our evaluation report.

Step 3:

Report

Once we have conducted our interview and gathered all the relevant information we require, we will begin preparing the evaluation report and provide you with our finalised version once it is completed.

Step 4:

Project Completion Meeting

If required, we will have a project completion meeting with you to ensure that you completely understand our independent evaluation report and how it applies to you, including any recommendations that we have provided in the report and how they must be effectively implemented.
